you've just moved in or you've lived here a while, whether you're
an owner or a lessee, we think you'll agree that Beachplace is a pleasant
place to live. We hope that you will be pleased with your decision
to move into our community. Beachplace Association is comprised of approximately 31 acres. Buildings 1, 2, 3 and 4 were built in 1979-1980, Buildings 5, 6 and 7 were built in late 1980 and buildings 8, 9, 10 and 11 were built in 1981.The pool complex, clubhouse and approximately 1,450 lineal feet of beach frontage is the best on the island. Newcomers to the area have remarked on the vibrant colors and lush landscaping on Beachplace grounds. Many of our residents live here all year and Beachplace is zoned as a residential neighborhood. Many local ordinances and codes apply to our property that do not apply to resorts. Rentals are permitted and the minimum occupancy period for lessees is one month (30 days). If the lessee does not stay 30 days, then the unit may not be used by anyone other than the owner until the 30-day period has elapsed. There is a $100 fee for all rentals. We are extremely proud of having one of the finest properties on Longboat Key with its growth and development it promises an exciting future for our residents.
